The stuff was extremely friendly and excellant, the accommodation was nicely decorated and clean. This hotel was located in a very central area adjacent to the central station, and the main shopping strip. The room was fashionable and new-fashioned with a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet in the private bathroom. There was kitchenette, that's a plus.

The family room was airy with comfortable beds and great shower, the bed was very comfy. The location was incredible and amazing for traveling around Naples, close enough to old town and a shopping/pedestrian street, and metro and bus. We also visited a funerary chapel.

We appreciated the stay, my room was a nice size with a great view, views over the piazza and the biggest windows overlooking Piazza Dante. An electric kettle and a fridge were available. The location was top, relatively close to San Gregorio Armeno Church. And the area was particularly good, close enough to a palace in the heart of Naples, and restaurants, shopping and bars.

No complains at all, thanks for a great stay. This hotel is luxury, has fantastic staff and a delicious breakfast. Naples Historic Center district certainly deserves to be visited. Breakfast offered variety of lovely meals. We loved the view on the city from our room.
